Research is a process:  it takes time.

• Consider search terms suggested by your professor, course materials, or reading material you have found when doing background searches.
• Consider variant forms of words (such as plural forms or variant spellings).
• Generate lists of synonyms for terms.
• If you are searching in an open space, such as using Google, limiting your results to .edu sites may be helpful.  In Google, add site:.edu to your search phrase.
• Who might collect and publish images you want to find?  Museums?  Research Centers?
