INQS 125 Student Learning Outcomes
After the information literacy session, students will start being able to:
- Understand the peer review process and differentiate between scholarly and popular sources.
- Use keyword searching in the Linfield Libraries Search to locate sources on their topic.
- Evaluate sources using DRAMA criteria and articulate which sources are most appropriate to meet the assignment requirements.
- Select the citation in the required style (APA, Chicago, or MLA) for each of their sources from the Linfield Libraries Search records and go to the style’s website to find further information for citing sources in that style.
